During the COVID-19 pandemic, Interactio's platform for remote simultaneous interpretation became crucial for organizations like the UN, NATO, and the EU as they transitioned to remote meetings with multilingual translation. Polyform partnered with Interactio to address UX friction that impeded communication for world leaders. Through user testing and UX design, we optimized user flows and developed a unified design system across their suite of tools, including interfaces for interpreters, meeting participants, and technical moderators. This collaboration allowed world leaders to respond effectively to the crisis, making it a once-in-a-lifetime project that aligned with Polyform's commitment to positive impact.
